We require a $100 deposit at the time of booking to hold your event date/time. The event must be paid in full 14 days prior to your reserved day. If the party needs to be canceled, we will refund 100% of your deposit as long as it is prior to 14 calendar days before your event. If the cancellation happens less than 14 days prior to the scheduled event, your deposit will be forfeited. If you paid in full and cancel after 14 days we will refund the rest to the account you used to make the deposit AND ONLY THAT ACCOUNT. If the balance is not paid in full 14 days prior to your scheduled event, you forfeit your $100 deposit and your scheduled booking will be canceled. You would, however, be able to re-book and start the process fresh. Cancellations must be made by email using the official Round One Gaming Lab email account info@round1gaming.com 

We know that sometimes life happens. In the event you need to reschedule. You can choose any day within 60 days from the date of your event to reschedule. AS LONG AS THAT DAY IS AVAILABLE. You may only reschedule one time. We MUST have that date and time available for you to book. 

EXAMPLE: Your event is 22nd, 2022. You can choose a date and time between June 22nd and August 22nd. We will not go past the 60th day for a reschedule.

NO OTHER FORMS OF COMMUNICATION SUCH AS PHONE CALL OR TEXT CAN BE USED AS A CANCELLATION AND WILL NOT BE HONORED! WE NEED AN EMAIL SO WE HAVE A PAPER TRAIL AND SOMETHING TO REFERENCE!
